• Pay Pal - note even if you do not have a Pay Pal account payment can be accepted from anyone who has an email address.  For payment please contact me for more details.
• Cheques - made payable to Birgitta Visser. Upon clearance will send out the goods.
• Bank Transfer - On-line or through your own branch. Please contact me for details.

 

Delivery

As a guideline allow the following:

 

Jewellery in stock - 5 working days

Special Commissions - up to 2 weeks (times may vary due to restocking)

Delivery Charge

All UK orders will be sent out Special Delivery at a cost of £5.00 per order. Outside the UK, goods will be posted out by Airsure at a cost of £7.50.

Ordering as Gifts

Items can be sent directly to the recipient without an invoice or price tag and you can be assured that they will arrive looking perfectly gorgeous wrapped in white tissue paper and placed inside a beautiful organza bag. If you want a small card attached, just email me through the contact form and tell me what you’d like your message to say and where you’d like me to send it and when.

Descriptions

Product descriptions are as accurate as possible but should only be used as a guide. Images are provided to help customers recognise products. The glass beads are handmade therefore slight colour variations are inevitable. Styles, shapes and number of silver beads and crystals used in each piece may differ slightly depending on the size.

 

Returns and Repair Policy

Returns of the jewellery pieces are accepted (unless noted otherwise) within 14 days of receipt. Pieces must be in “as new condition” and returned in original packing materials. Please e-mail me first to let me know its coming. Your refund does not include shipping charges.

 

If an item breaks… collect all the available parts and save them. If a break occurs because of faulty parts, it’s repaired free of charge, including return shipping. If there are missing pieces, there will me a minimal charge for replacement, and we’ll let you know. Please e-mail me first before shipping.

 

Sizing

Necklace sizing

For necklace sizing, drape a cord or string around your neck to the length that you want your necklace to sit, and then measure the cord.

 

• 16" Slightly longer than choker style (sits at the collarbone)
• 18" The most common length suits any occasion. Sits between collarbone and breastbone.
• 20" Matinee length. A more daring length as it catches a lot of attention. Sits at breastbone.
• 22" + The most versatile lengths are long and longer. These necklaces may be worn as a single strand or wrapped one or more times as desired. Sits wherever you want it to!

 

*All sizes and measurement lengths are suggestions only and lengths of necklaces especially will vary from individual to individual so I strongly encourage you to measure your neck and wrist so that you know how the different lengths will fit you.

 

Bracelet Sizing

When measuring your wrist make sure to use a thin string or a strip of paper to ensure the closest possible measurement. Once that measurement is taken, add 1- 1.25" to it and that is your bracelet size.
